Huize Frankendael is located at the Watergraafsmeer in Amsterdam-East and is easily accessible by public transport. There are various options:
1. From Amsterdam Central Station on tram route No.9, disembark at Frankendael Park/Hugo de Vrieslaan.
2. From Amstel on bus route Nos 152/136/15, disembark at Middenweg.
3. From Amstel on bus route 37, disembark at Maxwellstraat/Hugo de Vrieslaan.

> Direction The Hague:
Via the A4, direction Amsterdam. Join the A10 Ring Road South at Amsterdam. Turn off at exit s113-Watergraafsmeer, direction Diemen. Carry straight on (following signs to s113), and turn left at Middenweg/s113. Café Restaurant Merkelbach can be found after approx. 1.7 km at No. 72 Middenweg, alongside Restaurant De Kas.

> Direction Amersfoort:
Via the A1/E231, direction Amsterdam. At Amsterdam turn off at exit A10/E35, direction Ring Road Amsterdam (East). Turn off at exit s113-Watergraafsmeer, direction Diemen. Carry straight on (following signs to s113), and turn left at Middenweg/s113. Café Restaurant Merkelbach can be found after approx. 1.7 km at No. 72 Middenweg, alongside Restaurant De Kas.

> Direction Utrecht:
Via the A2/E35, direction Amsterdam. Turn off at exit A10, direction Zaanstad. Turn off at exit s113-Watergraafsmeer, direction Diemen. Carry straight on (following signs to s113), and turn left at Middenweg/s113. Café Restaurant Merkelbach can be found after approx. 1.7 km at No. 72 Middenweg, alongside Restaurant De Kas.

> Direction Alkmaar:
Via the A9, direction Amsterdam. Turn off at exit E19/A4, direction Amsterdam. Join the A10. Turn off at exit s113-Watergraafsmeer, direction Diemen. Carry straight on (following signs to s113), and turn left at Middenweg/s113. Café Restaurant Merkelbach can be found after approx. 1.7 km at No. 72 Middenweg, alongside Restaurant De Kas.

Parking
Monday-Saturday between 09.00 – 21.00 hrs there is ample parking along the Hugo de Vrieslaan, at €2.40 p/hr.
Covered parking is available (until 21.00 hrs, at €3.40 p/hr) at the Vomar, at Middenweg No. 69 (diagonally opposite Huize Frankendael, opposite Restaurant De Kas). The first 90 minutes are free.

Disabled Persons
There is lift access from the restaurant to the first floor.
A Disabled toilet is located in the basement.
